摘 要:根据结构的动力学原理和振动理论,对一种振动夹具进行动态特性分析。分析其固有频率,并使其固有频率远离激励信号的频率。利用三维立体建模软件对夹具进行三维建模,并运用有限元分析软件对其进行动力学特性分析。通过分析结果表明这种振动夹具的第一阶固有频率低于激励信号的频率。对振动夹具的结构进行优化设计,提高其第一阶固有频率,最终得到一种固有频率远离激励信号频率的振动夹具结构。According to the dynamics and vibration theory of structure, the paper analyzes the characteristics of a vibration fixtures for its natural frequencies, and let it away from the frequency of excitation signal. The paper uses Three-Dimension Modeling software to make fixture model and uses Finite Element Analysis software to analyze its dynamic characteristic. The results shows that the vibration fixture of the first natural frequency is lower than the frequency of exciting signal. The structure of the vibration fixture is optimization design. Enhancing its first natural frequency, a fixture structure which natural frequency of vibration higher than the excitation signal frequency is finally acquired.
