摘　　要：目的建立硫酸阿托品注射液含量的快速测定方法。方法使用GE公司生产的Sievers 900型总有机碳分析仪测定硫酸阿托品注射液的含量,并与高效液相色谱法测得的结果进行比较,验证总有机碳分析法测定硫酸阿托品注射液含量的可行性。结果总有机碳分析法和高效液相色谱法测得的含量结果具有良好的相关性。结论总有机碳分析法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于硫酸阿托品注射液含量的快速测定。Objective Set up a fast method for assessing the concentration of Atropine Sulfate Injection.Methods The concentration of Atropine Sulfate Injection was measured using Sievers 900 TOC-meter（GE） and the result was compared with the result from HPLC methods,and the feasibility of assessing Atropine Sulfate Injection by TOC method was proved.Results A significant relativity between the results by TOC method and by HPLC method was observed.Conclusion The TOC method is a easy,fast and accurate way for determination of Atropine Sulfate Injection.
