摘　　要：从介绍GSM网络存在的问题(包括网络结构、设备和运维)入手,给出了GSM网络设备搬迁调整目标和原则,最后对某省搬迁调整方案进行了说明与总结,为后期该类方案的实施提供了参考。Beginning with the problems on GSM network （including network infrastructure, equipment and maintenance）, it presents the goal and principle on GSM network equipment relocation. Finally it summarizes the relocation plan of a certain province GSM network, to provide reference for the future plan.
