摘　　要：利用"3S"技术,对新疆富蕴县水土流失现状和分布特征进行了调查,并依据调查结果将全县划分为4个水土保持功能区,提出了各功能区存在的生态环境问题和水土流失防治对策,具体为:北部中高山冻融、水力侵蚀林牧保护区和南部戈壁沙漠风力侵蚀植被保护利用区的水土流失治理应以预防保护为主,北部低山盆地、丘陵水力、风力侵蚀农林牧监督治理区和中部河谷丘陵水力、风力侵蚀农林牧综合开发治理区应采取适宜的综合措施进行重点治理。Taking county region as a scale,the paper surveys the present status and the distribution characteristics of soil and water loss of Fuyun County by using '3S' technology.It divides the whole county into four functional zones of soil and water conservation based on the results of survey.It puts forward the existing eco-environmental problems of each functional zone and the following countermeasures for prevention and control: the soil and water loss treatment of woodland and pastureland protection zone of freezing and thawing and water erosion of medium and high mountainous area in the north and vegetation protection zone of wind erosion of desert area in the south should take prevention and protection as the main;the monitoring treatment area of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry of hydraulic erosion and wind erosion of low mountain basin and hills in the north and integrated development and treatment area of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry of hydraulic erosion and wind erosion in the central valley and hills should be mainly controlled by using suitable integrated measures.
