摘　　要：在满足客户需求成为企业竞争永恒主题下,研究供应链中的敏捷物流系统构建问题.从生产主导型、服务主导型和区域物流联盟型敏捷物流系统3种运作模式,对敏捷系统运行方式进行研究,并指出快速反应(QR)、延迟策略和有效客户反应(ECR)是实现敏捷物流系统的关键策略.对敏捷物流系统的设计和管理者、对第三方物流企业提供现实的指导意义.This studys how to realize the agile logistics system in the background that to meet customer needs has become the main competition between enterprises,and researches the operating model of agile logistics system from production-oriented,service-oriented and regional logistics alliance-based logistics system.This thesis states that the Quick Response（QR）,the Postponement Strategy and Efficient Consumer Response（ECR） are the keys to realize agile logistics system.This thesis can provide practical guidance to agile logistics system designers,managers and third-party logistics companies.
