摘　　要：农村独生子女政策是激励农村家庭主动实行计划生育的一种利益导向的有效措施之一,是利益导向机制与新时期计划生育政策相结合的产物。在落实的农村独生子女政策的过程中要克服困难,从独生子女家庭的利益出发,在实际工作中不断完善计划生育利益导向机制。Rural one - child policy is one of the effective interest - oriented countermeasures stimulating rural families to have family planning. It is the product of the interest - oriented mechanism and family planning policy in the new period. In the process of carrying out one - child policy, we must overcome varied difficulties, act in the interest of the one - child families, and constantly improve the interest - oriented mechanism in actual practice.
