摘　　要：透皮给药作为一种有效的给药方式,正成为新制剂研究的热点。透皮给药系统的研究主要集中在增加透皮速率和增加药物透皮量上,寻找新的透皮促渗剂和新型透皮给药载体将是研究的重点。文章介绍了国内外新型的促进透皮吸收的方法与技术,提出运用合理有效的各种方法能够促进中药有效成分/有效部位的经皮吸收,为中药开发成透皮制剂提供理论基础,从而促进中药透皮吸收制剂的发展。Introduce the latest domestic and international methods of enhancing the drug penetration across the skin.This paper introduces the focused and difficult problems of TCM transdermal drug preparation and the new methods and techniques of promoting the drug penetration across the skin according to the latest research.Employ techniques to promote the drug percutaneous absorption,which will provide an academic base for developing permeable preparation in TCM.It is informed that transdermal drug delivery preparation has a bright prospect of development.
