摘　　要：本研究以当代百名中医名家为对象,在规范的问卷调查与数据统计的基础上,系统研究了影响当代名老中医成才的一般条件、文化背景、情操品性、读书学习、临证行医、拜师学艺、总结研究、机遇条件、教学带徒这9大类30个因素,并从中归纳出当代名医读经典、做临床、拜名师、信中医、讲悟性、多总结的六大成才经验。The study related to one hundred of prominent doctors of TCM of our time.Based on the analysis of questionnaires and statistics,the article researched thoroughly on nine kinds of influential factors in becoming a successful doctor of Chinese medicine to conclude the basic experiences about that.
