围绝经期综合征肝郁、肾虚病理与舌苔脱落细胞及性激素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期综合征中医病理与舌苔脱落细胞及性激素的相关性。方法:选择102例围绝经期综合征患者,采用辨证要素积分的方法,通过对舌苔脱落细胞及性激素的观察,研究围绝经期综合征肝郁、肾虚病理与舌苔脱落细胞及性激素的相关性。结果:①观察组肝郁、肾虚积分及分级均显著高于对照组;②肝郁与E2呈负相关,与FSH/LH呈正相关;肾虚与E2呈负相关,与FSH呈正相关;③舌苔脱落细胞MV与E2呈显著正相关,与FSH、LH、FSH/LH呈显著负相关,与肝郁、肾虚呈负相关。结论:①肝郁、肾虚是围绝经期综合征的重要病理机制;②性激素水平变化是肝郁、肾虚病理形成的物质基础;③舌苔脱落细胞能够反映肝郁、肾虚病理变化及性激素水平。Objective： To discuss the relationship among TCM pathology, tongue coating exfoliative cells and sex hormones in perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： Choosing 102 perimenopansal syndrome patients, using the method of differentiation of syndrome elements, through the observation of tongue coating exfoliative cells and sex hormones, to research relevance of pathological changes of liver qi depression and kidney deficiency, tongue coating exfoliative cells and sex hormones. Results： （1）The mark and grade of liver Qi depression and kidney deficiency in observation group are significantly higher than those in control group. （2）Liver Qi depression has negative correlation with E2, and positive correlation with FSH/LH. Kidney deficiency has negative correlation with E2, and positive correlation with FSH. （3）MV of tongue coating exfoliative cells has positively significant correlation with E2, and negative correlation with FSH, LH, FSH/LH, liver Qi depression and kidney deficiency. Conclusion： （1）Liver qi depression and kidney deficiency are the important pathological mechanism of perimenopausal syndrome. （2）The changes of sex hormones are the material foundation of liver qi depression and kidney deficiency. （3）Tongue coating exfoliative cells can reflect sex hormones level and pathological changes of liver qi depression and kidney deficiency.
