白花前胡中香豆素类成分的分析

摘　　要：研究河南产白花前胡的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和ODS柱色谱法分离、纯化,根据质谱、核磁共振等波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个香豆素类化合物,分别为:①白花前胡甲素[(±)praeruptorin A(Pd-Ⅰa)];②伞形花内酯(umbelliferone);③前胡醇[(-)-peucedanol];④6-甲氧基当归素(sphondin);⑤氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin);⑥水化氧化前胡素(oxypeucedanin hydrate)。结论:化合物4-6均为首次从白花前胡中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents in roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum. Methods： The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS, and identified by NMR, MS spectroscopic methods. Results： Six comnarins, （1）[（±） praeruptorin A （Pd- Ⅰ a）]; （2）umbelliferone; （3）（-）-peucedanol; （4）sphondin; （5）oxypeucedanin; （6）oxypeucedanin hydrate were isolated and identified. Conclusion： Compounds 4-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
