摘　　要：国家级名中医杨少山主任医师从医60余载,对胃病的治疗深察病机,通权达变,自拟疏肝健脾和胃方治疗各种脾胃病确有成效。用药特点可概括为以下4方面:①用药轻灵,慎用苦寒;②善用名方治胃病;③通补兼施,护生发之气;④调气重视刚柔;深得辨证施治之精髓。YANG Shao-shan, national famous doctors and chief physician of TCM, who has worked more than 60 years. He specialized in the pathogenesis of stomach diseaseand create some formulas which could treat spleen and stomach illness effectively by dispersing stagnated liver qi, strengthening spleen and regulating stomach. The drug characteristics can be summarized by the following four respects, fristly,he selected drugsfew, and used bitter and cold drugs carefully. Secondly, he was good at using classical formulas. Thirdly, he used removing and tonifying methods and protecting the vital qi. Fourthly, he paid attention to the coordinating qi. What is said above are the marrow of identification and treatment.
