摘　　要：分析了免疫激活状态在获得性免疫缺陷综合症(AIDS)病理中的地位和作用,指出免疫激活状态是艾滋病发病机制中与CD4+细胞为代表的免疫功能、HIV载量同等重要的因素,提出从免疫激活状态的角度研究中医药干预HIV/AIDS的方法及作用机制是一个有益的探索,并指出了需要注意加强的基础研究、多环节选择指标等问题。Analyzed the role and mechanism of immune activation in HIV/AIDS pathology,figured out that immune activation was an important factors such as immune function or HIV virus load,it was a good way to explore the therapy and mechanism of action of Chinese medicine in treating HIV/AIDS by immune activation.In final,it discussed some issues that should be paid attention in this study,such as strengthen base research and selecting indexes from different levels.
