摘 要:目的:利用灰色数列预测模型探讨补中益气汤对气虚发热大鼠的体温变化规律,考察灰色数列预测模型预测补中益气汤对气虚发热大鼠体温变化的可行性。方法:运用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型,对补中益气汤气虚发热大鼠体温变化进行分析和预测。结果:经检验,运用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型预测气虚组大鼠体温变化的后验差比值满足C<0.5,则其P>0.8,综合评定该模型为"合格",其余各组均满足C<0.35,则P>0.95,综合评定该模型为"好",预测精度较高,结果较为可靠。结论:补中益气汤对气虚发热大鼠体温变化的影响可用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型进行预测。Objective: Based on the sequence forecast theory of grey system, to research the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on temperature changes of the rats, so that we estimated the feasibility of it. Methods: Based on grey system GM (1,1) model, we analyzed and forecasted the temperature changes of the rats. Results: forecasted by grey system GM (1,1), The posteriori of qi deficiency group satisfied C〈0.5, P〉0.8, the rating of this model was qualified level. Other groups were the first- grade level, showed high precision C〈0.35, P〉0.95. Conclusion: It's feasible that applying grey system GM (1,1) to forecast the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on temperature changes in the rats.
