复方高原春颗粒对高原筑养路工人血氧饱和度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方高原春颗粒对高原筑养路工人血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响。方法:将47名健康男性筑养路工人随机分为药物组(24名)和对照组(23名),于西宁(海拔2 260m)启程前往高原时开始服用,药物组服用复方高原春颗粒,对照组服用安慰剂(淀粉),3d后抵达高原(海拔4 720m)。进住高原后第1、3、7、15天分别测其血氧饱和度。结果:两组进驻高原后第1、3、7、15天SaO2与进驻前相比具有非常显著差异(P<0.01);进驻高原后第1d和以后各天药物组与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方高原春颗粒能够提高高原筑养路工人血氧饱和度。Objective： To study the effect of Compound Gaoyuan Chun Granules on the blood oxygen saturation in road builders at high altitude.Methods： 47 healthy male road builders were randomly divided into medicine group and control group.Road builders in medicine and control groups were respectively administrated orally Compound Gaoyuan Chun Granules and placebo before going to high altitude（4 720m） from Xining city（2 260m）.1,3,7,15 days after road builders arrived in high altitude,the blood oxygen saturation was respectively determined.Results： The blood oxygen saturation determined respectively from 1,3,7 and 15 days after arrived in high altitude in road builders of medicine and control groups was significantly diffirence compared with Xining city,and the blood oxygen saturation determined respectively from 1,3,7 and 15 days after arrived in high altitude was significantly diffirence between medicine group and contral group.Conclusion： Compound Gaoyuan Chun Granules can increase the blood oxygen saturation of road builders significantly.
