浅论当代中医耳科学中的伤寒学派六经辨证思想

摘　　要：文章以当代中医耳科学疾病为例,探讨伤寒学派思想六经辨证方法在中医耳科疾病的运用。提出伤寒学派思想六经辨证方法贯穿在当代中医耳科外感病中,其辨证规律遵循伤寒学派思想所论述六经辨证规律,而且其传变规律亦遵循六经传变规律。运用六经辨证,能正确地掌握耳科外感病发展变化的规律。由此展望伤寒学派六经辨证方法将会焕发出更新的生命力。The article aimed to study the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,which originated from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,was applied in otology diseases of Chinese medicine.The result found that the dialectic law of otology diseases of Chinese medicine was followed the law of the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,and the rule of transmission of disease also followed which of the six meridians transmission.The results showed that the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians could reflect the law of exogenous febrile diseases which pertained to otology diseases of Chinese medicine.And the potential of the application of the syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians in otology diseases of Chinese medicine was tremendous.
