从生活质量角度探讨时间因素在穴位敷贴防治支气管哮喘的影响效应

摘　　要：目的:从生活质量角度对比观察时间因素在穴位敷贴防治支气管哮喘中的影响效应。方法:将支气管哮喘患者随机分为三伏天组、三九天组和日常天组,观察疗效、生活质量。结果:3组患者疗效无区别,治疗后生活质量差异无显著性;3组患者治疗前后生活质量有显著性差异。结论:敷贴疗法是治疗支气管哮喘等呼吸系统疾病的一种行之有效的方法,该疗法中占主导因素的是药物及经穴,时间因素从本研究看来并无影响效应,适宜全年开展此疗法。Objective： From the life quality scores to observe the effect of time factor on the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma with acupoint application.Methods： 71 cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into Sanfutian group which received acupoint application only in the three dog-days（n=30） and Sanjiutian group which received the same treatment only in the Sanjiu days（n=21） and Richangtian group which received the same treatment beyond three dog-days and Sanjiu days（n=20）.Results： Before and after treatment,the life quality scores increased in each group with significant difference,but the therapeutic effect was no significant difference in the three groups.Conclusion： Acupoint application was effective in treating bronchial asthma.It can be practiced in the whole year for the time factor when to apply the treatment doesn＇t affect the therapeutic effect.
