摘　　要：目的:观察牵引联合理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将110例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用牵引联合理筋手法治疗,对照组采用牵引疗法治疗,分别治疗2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:治疗组治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:牵引联合理筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of traction associated with tendon-regulating method in treating nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods： 110 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Traction associated with tendon-regulating method was given to patients in treatment group,while traction to patients of control.One-week＇s treatment made one course.The curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results： The therapeutic effects of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group by statistical evaluation.Conclusion： Traction associated with tendon-regulating method has distinctive clinical effect on nerve root cervical spondylosis.
