摘　　要：文章以Nord的文本理论分析模式为依据,从美学角度分析张培基译作《笑》,通过对"译者的角色"和"源文文本分析"中"文内因素"的分析,管窥张培基的翻译风格以及译文中成功传递意境的方法。Based on Nord＇s Model for Translation-Oriented Text Analysis, the paper analyzes Zhang Peiji＇s translation of ＂Smile＂ and summarizes his style and success in reproducing the Mood of the Source Text（ST） from the aspects of ＂Role of the Translator＂ and ＂Intratextual Factors of ST Analysis＂ .
