当代警察越轨现象与传统民间江湖文化的关系

摘　　要：现代意义的警察制度形成只有百年的历史,但警察职能在社会历史中却始终存在,自然也有一些较为顽固的职业文化特征和思维模式的遗存,当代警察的越轨现象与传统民间江湖文化就有着千丝万缕的联系。Though modern police system is only one hundred years, the function of police is as old as human history. Natural ly, there remain some characteristic culture and thinking peculiar to the profession. Modern police＇s deviance is inseparable from traditional folk culture of rivers and lakes.
