摘　　要：文章试图从以人为本涵义出发,对以人为本理念进行再认识,将之与中国传统思想中的"民本"思想相比较,认识以人为本是引领政治文明的先进理念。正确处理人民内部矛盾是构建社会主义和谐社会的重点,而要以民主方式解决人民内部矛盾,促进社会和谐,必须坚持以人为本这一构建社会主义和谐社会的根本原则不动摇。This article attempts to proceed to recognize the meaning of people orientation which is the advanced concept leading to political civilization in comparison with the ＂people-basis＂ thought in the traditional Chinese thinking,＇ because correctly handling contradictions among the people is the focus of building a harmonious socialist society. If we want to use the democratic way to resolve contradictions among the people and promote social harmony, we must unwaveringly adhere to the people-oriented fundamental principle in the construction of a harmouious socialist society.
