摘　　要：在北京师范大学校园一卡通应用建设的基础上,对校园一卡通今后的发展方向进行了研究和分析。搭建了基于校园卡的网上电子支付平台,实现从校园卡绑定银行卡到校园卡的网上自助转账,学生小额消费的自助缴费,比如上网费、电费、四六级报名费等。学校从绑定银行卡对学费、辅修费等进行批量扣费,并通过电子邮件或手机短信实时通知本人。对网上电子支付平台的安全性进行全面分析,平台在各方面的安全设置充分保证了数据传输的安全性,使得师生可以放心进行网上支付和交易。In this paper,based on the construction of school campus card,research and analyze the future development direction of campus card,then build a web-based campus card electronic payment platform.On the platform users can self-transfer from bank card to the campus card,the bank card binding to the campus card according to ID number.On the platform users can self-pay network charges and electricity charges,and real-time notify users via email or SMS.Finally,have a comprehensive analysis of the security of on-line electronic payment platform.Security settings of the platform ensure security of data transmission,so users can have transactions and payments.
