摘　　要：指纹图像分割是指纹识别过程中非常关键的环节,目前指纹图像分割算法都是基于图像的方向特性或灰度特性。本文介绍了常用的三种指纹图像分割的方法,并在VC6.0中分别用三种方法对同一枚指纹处理,最后根据实际图像分割效果对这三种算法进行分析和比较。The segmentation of fingerprint image is a crucial link of fingerprint identification process.At present,segmentation algorithm of fingerprint image is based on the directional or gray characteristics of image.This paper introduces three commonly used methods about fingerprint image segmentation.And do simulation experiments with three methods respectively for the same fingerprint image in VC6.0.Finally,make analysis and comparison on these three algorithms according to the actual image segmentation effect.
