摘　　要：独立学院辅导员队伍的思想政治建设应该结合人才培养目标进行思维创新,探索新的途径。通过对独立学院辅导员思想政治建设呈现出的现状分析,提出了走专业化道路,注重专业培训,用应用型人才培养目标指导辅导员思想政治建设和提升专业自觉增强辅导员工作动力等方式方法进行辅导员思想政治建设。Ideological and political construction of advisors in independent colleges should be innovated and combined with application-oriented talents training objectives.By analyzing the current situation of ideological and political construction of advisors in independent colleges,this paper holds that the advisors should be trained and professionalized under the guidance of application-oriented talents training objectives and advisors＇ motivation in working should be enhanced.
