广州餐饮小规模经营实体的困境及做大做强的建议

摘　　要：广州历来享有"美食之都"的美誉。但近年来广州餐饮行业却遭遇发展瓶颈,各种权威评比都显示其餐饮企业市场竞争力不足,主要根源在于餐饮行业小规模经营者居多,缺乏大型龙头企业的示范带动。文章从广州餐饮业发展现状出发,深入剖析小规模经营实体面临的发展困境,并提出了促进其发展壮大的建议,希望能对促进广州餐饮业梯次发展和做大做强提供有益借鉴。Guangzhou has the reputation of ＂capital of food＂. But in recent years, the development of Guangzhou＇s catering enterprises is facing with bottleneck. Many sorts of authoritative evaluation show that food enterprises in Guangzhou lack of market competitive force. The main reason is that Guangzhou has too many small or medium-scale repast enterprises but is lack of large- scale leading enterprises. This article explores the developing predicament of small and medium-scale catering enterprises in Guangzhou, and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the industry development.
