摘　　要：科学发展观的核心是以人为本,这是一切工作的出发点和落脚点。坚持人民的根本利益就要在体育发展进程中促进作为社会主体的人的全面发展,满足社会主体对体育的需求。从体育运动范畴解读以人为本的内涵、发展和途径,也就是进行科学发展观核心的体育学解读,是完全符合体育以人为本的核心精神的。The core of the Scientific Outlook on Development is humanism, which is the starting point and foothold of all our work. To serve people＇ s interests is to oromote the all-round development of mankind who is the social main body in the process of physical development, m other woros, to meet the sport need of social main body. Deciphering the connotation, development and approaches of humanism in sport domain is also deciphering the core of the Scientific Outlook on Development in the science of physical eulture, which is fully consistent with the essence of humanism of physical culture.
