摘　　要：目的:探讨在肱骨中下段骨折内固定术中避免桡神经医源性损伤的方法。方法:在肱骨中下段骨折行钢板螺丝钉内固定时,将桡神经内移,并固定于肌肉组织内。结果:临床60例肱骨中下段骨折患者,行桡神经移位后无桡神经损伤并发症。结论:桡神经移位为肱骨中下段骨折进行各种内固定及取出内固定提供更大的操作空间,减少桡神经损伤的发生。Objective：To investigate the method of the lower humerus fracture fixation to avoid iatrogenic radial nerve injury.Methods：In the lower humerus fractures in the plate fixation screws,it will be moved within the radial nerve,and fixed in the muscle tissue.Results：60 patients with clinical lower humerus fractures in patients with radial nerve transfer line of no radial nerve injury complications.Conclusion：The radial nerve transfer to the lower humerus fracture fixation and retrieval of various internal fixation to provide more room for maneuver to reduce the incidence of radial nerve injury.
