扶正理气汤配合维生素B_1足三里穴位封闭治疗子宫全切术后肠功能异常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正理气汤配合维生素B1 100 mg足三里穴位封闭治疗子宫全切术后肠功能异常症状改善的临床疗效。方法:将258例子宫全切术后肠功能异常的患者,随机分成两组,对照组128例,给予综合治疗、止血、抗感染等常规治疗,同时给予扶正理气汤或维生素B1足三里穴位封闭;治疗组130例,除综合治疗外,根据年龄、体质、症状不同,给予扶正理气汤加减,同时配合维生素B1 100 mg足三里穴位封闭,观察两组术后肠功能异常症状的改善及病情的缓解程度。结果:两组比较,治疗组肠功能异常症状的改善程度明显比对照组改善的程度大,时间短,肠蠕动恢复时间T<24 h者达84.62%,有效率达96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:扶正理气汤配合维生素B1足三里穴位封闭治疗子宫全切术后肠功能恢复较快,且效果好,方法简单、方便,不良反应少,安全,可以作为一种术后的辅助治疗,具有明显的临床价值和社会效益。Objective： To investigate the Fuzheng Liqi decoction with vitamin B1 100 mg Zusanli hysterectomy after closed treatment of bowel dysfunction symptoms improved clinical efficacy. Methods： 258 cases of uterine abnormalities of intestinal function after total resection were randomly divided into two groups, 128 patients of control group were given combined therapy, bleeding, and other conventional anti-infective treatment, while giving the Fuzheng Liqi decoction or vitamin B1 Zusanli closed; treated 130 cases, in addition to comprehensive medical treatment, according to age, physical condition, different symptoms, Fuzheng Liqi decoction, in conjunction with vitamin B1 100 mg Zusanli closed bowel dysfunction were observed improvement of symptoms and the extent of disease remission. Results： Between the two groups of intestinal dysfunction treatment group improvement of symptoms were significantly higher than the control group the degree of improve- ment soon, time was short, bowel recovery time T 〈24 h were up 84.62%, the effective rate was 96%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） Conclusion： Fuzheng Liqi decoction combined with vitamin B~ treatment Zusanli closed hysterectomy faster bowel function recovery, and effective, method is simple, convenient and less adverse reactions, the advantages of safety, can serve as an adjuvant therapy, has obvious clinical value and social benefits.
