摘　　要：目的:探讨多种方法再造拇手指围术期的护理方法和经验。方法:回顾分析和总结本院2006年9月～2008年11月86例拇手指缺损患者进行再造手术的护理经过。结果:86例手术中成功83例,失败3例,成功率达96.5%。术后随访6个月～2年,再造手指,外观及功能满意。结论:充分的术前准备、周密的术后护理及康复期功能锻炼是拇指再造术成功的关键。Objective： To discuss the methods and experience Of peri-operative nursing in fingers reconstruction. Methods： Reviewed, analyzed and summarized the nursing process of 86 finger-defect operation cases between September 2006 to November 2008. Results： 83 cases succeed and 3 cases fail, the success ratio was 96.5%. Follow-up after surgery for half to two years, people were satisfied with appearances and functions of the reconstruction fingers. Conclusion： Enough preoperative preparation, careful postoperative nursing and postoperative dirigation are the keys to success.
