摘　　要：当前城市发展速度越来越快,给房产测绘成果的管理及应用带来了工作量成倍增加、成果利用效率低、易出差错以及管理缺乏透明度等问题。针对现有房产测绘成果管理中存在的问题,以MapGIS数据中心集成开发平台[1]为平台,在数据仓库[1]和功能仓库插件技术[1]基础上对房产测绘成果管理系统进行了设计和实现,本文简要介绍了该系统设计的原则、环境、总体结构,并对其系统功能和支撑技术进行了比较详细的论述,最后给出了系统的具体实现示例。The rapid development of cities has brought about a lot of problems such as greatly increasing the amount of work, lowering the efficiency, making mistakes easily and lacking transparency in management and application of real estate mapping production. In view of this problem existing in current production management system of real estate mapping, we hold MapGIS data center as platform, make a design and implement for real estate mapping production management system on the basis of data warehouse and plug- in technology in function warehouse. In this paper, we firstly briefly introduce the design princi- ple, environment, structure of this system, then discuss the function and supporting techniques in details and finally present the specific implementation cases of the system.
