摘　　要：知识流程外包作为知识密集型产业与知识产权密切相关。分析知识流程外包中的知识产权授权主体,提出我国知识流程外包产业中知识产权的授权模式及各模式的选择标准,并对知识流程外包企业——易唯思中国商务咨询有限公司的知识产权授权模式进行了具体剖析。Knowledge process outsourcing as a knowledge-intensive industry is closely related with intellectual property. This paper analyzes the authorized agent for intellectual property in knowledge process outsourcing, and proposes the authorization model of intellectual property in the knowledge process outsourcing industry and the crite- ria for the selection of the model. The paper gives a detailed analysis of the authorization model of intellectual property of Evalueserve Business Consulting Corporation in China, which is a knowledge process outsourcing enterprise investigated by us.
