摘　　要：根据国际上近期在提供数字资源共享服务时发生的数起隐私投诉案例,具体分析在电子邮件、地图、网站、个性化服务、图形搜索、图书搜索等领域当前创新的数字资源共享项目,以及由此引起的隐私保护的矛盾与冲突,进而分析这些冲突对数字信息资源的长期保存利用的影响,并讨论了从这些经验教训中应获得的启示。Based on several privacy complaint cases that have occurred in providing digital resources sharing service in recent years in the world, this paper gives a detailed analysis of the current innovative digital resources sharing projects separately in the fields of e-mail, maps, websites, personalized service, and graph and book sear- ches, and the contradictions and conflicts between digital resources sharing service and privacy protection. The paper further analyzes the influence of these conflicts on the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources, and discusses the inspirations from these experiences and lessons.
