加味真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病31例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将符合脾肾阳虚的糖尿病肾病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组给予氯沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味真武汤治疗,1月为1疗程,1疗程后观察疗效。结果:两组治疗后临床症状改善、证候积分、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);治疗组在临床症状改善、证候积分、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白定量等方面与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病有显著临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Zhenwu Decoction on diabetic nephropathy （DN） of the spleen and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome. Methods： DN patients of spleen and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group, in each 31 cases. The control group were treated with Losartan; on the basis of the previous treatment, while the treatment group were treated with Modified Zhenwu Decoction, both had a month of treatment. Results： The clinical symptoms, the score of TCM syndrome, Scr and 24-hour TUPr of two groups were improved （P 〈 0.05） compared with those before the treatment; the treatment group were significantly different from the control group in the above aspects（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Modified Zhenwu Decoction has significant effect on diabetic nephmpathy of the spleen and kidney ymlg-deficiency syndrome.
