痨康汤对复治性肺结核阴虚毒瘀证疗效及T淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的研究痨康汤对复治性肺结核阴虚毒瘀证患者T淋巴细胞的影响。方法将96例阴虚毒瘀型复治性肺结核患者随机分为两组:治疗组48例和对照组48例,并设立正常组48例;对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服痨康汤,2周为1个疗程,共治疗12个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及对CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值的影响。结果治疗组总有效率为89.6%,与对照组66.7%比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值治疗前与正常组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗后与治疗前比较CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,CD8+T淋巴细胞则明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值的升高、CD8+的下降均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痨康汤治疗阴虚毒瘀型复治性肺结核疗效确切,其机制可能是通过改善患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能而起作用。Objective To study the effects of Laokang decoction on T lymphocytes in patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis in syndrome yin deficiency and toxin accumulation.Methods 96 patients with the disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 patients per group,and other 48 patients in normal group.The patients were treated with regular western medicine in control group,with Laokang decoction added regular western medicine in treatment group,2 weeks one therapeutic course.12 courses total treatment.And then,the clinical effects were measured in both groups and the effects of the decoction on T lymphocyte CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD8＋,and the ratio of CD3＋/CD8＋ were observed.Results The total effective rate was 89.6% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group（P0.01）.The differences of the T lymphocyte CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD8＋,and the ratio of CD3＋/CD8＋ between treatment and control groups and normal group before treatment were significant（P0.01）.Compared with pre-treatment,T lymphocytes CD4＋ and ratio CD4＋/CD8＋ were increased significantly and T lymphocyte CD8＋ were decreased significantly after treatment,all those differences were significant（P0.05）.And those changes in treatment group were better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Laokang decoction is very effective for recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis,in which,the mechanism may be improving the T lymphocytes immune function in patients.
