黄芪通脉汤治疗下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组45例,服用自拟黄芪通脉汤治疗;对照组45例,给予降纤酶静脉滴注治疗;两组均治疗15 d为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后,分析比较两组总疗效、治疗前后足背动脉血管内径、血流速度、血流量变化及中医证候的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组总疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后足背动脉血管内径、血流速度及血流量与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),两组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组;两组中医证候改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎能改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi Tongmai decoction on thrombus unenlightened vasculitis in lower limb.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group taking Huangqi Tongmai decoction and control group taking vein drop of defibrase,45 patients per group.After one treatment course of 15 days,the total curative effect and the changes of inside diameter of dorsum pedis artery blood vessel,speed and quantity of blood stream,and the Chinese medicine syndromes were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 88.9% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group（P0.05）;The changes differences of inside diameter of dorsum pedis artery blood vessel,speed and quantity of blood stream between before and after treatment in same group were significant（P0.01,P0.05）,all the differences between before and after treatment in two groups were significant（P0.01）,which in treatment was better than that in control group.The changes differences of TCM symptoms between two groups were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Huangqi Tongmai decoction can relieve the pain and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.
