摘　　要：从劳动权的角度分析了职业稳定权的主体、客体和内容,并与相关概念进行了比较;阐述了职业稳定与职业稳定权对国家和用人单位的有利面以及对劳动者个人可持续发展的重要意义;在对《劳动合同法》确立的和谐稳定的基本原则分析的基础上,建议我国应明确建立职业稳定权制度和完善相关劳动法律制度保护劳动者的职业稳定权。This paper tries to analyze the subjects, objects and contents of fights for stable employment. It also points out the significance of the rights for stable employment to the country, the employers and the employees and puts forward some legislative proposals about the establishment and improvement of the fights for stable employment in China.
