温针合健脾养骨汤治疗骨质疏松症40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针合用自拟健脾养骨汤治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予口服仙灵骨葆胶囊,治疗组给予温针治疗,并配合健脾养骨汤口服。疗程均为12周。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,对照组为65.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:温针合用自拟健脾养骨汤对骨质疏松症有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the needle to share the temperature raising bone spleen decoction ＂in the treatment of osteoporosis clinical curative effect.Methods： the patients with osteoporosis 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group 40 cases each.Control group to give oral faeries bone remains capsule;The treatment group give temperature treatment,and cooperate with needle spleen keep bone soup oral.Treatment for all 12 weeks.Results： the total effective rate of treatment group is 87.5% and 65.0% in control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion： wen needle to share the spleen keep bone soup for osteoporosis has good curative effect.
