超微藿香正气散对不同机能状态小鼠胃肠运功的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超微藿香正气散对不同机能状态小鼠胃肠运功的影响。方法:观察藿香正气超微粉、细粉、口服液对正常小鼠、阿托品所致胃肠功能抑制及新斯的明所致功能亢进小鼠胃内残留率和小肠推进率的影响。结果:藿香正气超微粉、细粉、口服液对正常小鼠胃排空和肠推进有不同程度的促进作用,可不同程度地拮抗阿托品所致胃肠功能抑制及新斯的明所致功能亢进,以藿香正气超微粉组疗效最佳。结论:超微藿香正气散对胃肠功能具有双向调节作用,其功效优于藿香正气细粉和藿香正气口服液。Objective：To investigate the efect of micro-pieces Huoxiang-Zhengqisan on gastrointestinal motility in difer-functional status mice.Methods：To observe effects of diferent Dose-type Huoxiang-Zhengqisan on assay of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in normal mice,gastrointestinal inhibition by atropine mice and hyper function by neostigmine mice.Results： Huoxiang-Zhengqisan can promote the gastric emptying and intestinal motility in normal mice,varying degrees resist gastrointestinal inhibition by atropine and hyper function by neostigmine.The best curative effect is Micro-pieces group.Conclusion：Micro-pieces Huoxiang-Zhengqisan can adjust gastrointestinal dysfunction with dual-direction regulation.
