摘　　要：软件项目是不同于一般工程项目的项目类型,具有高度的不可预知性,受用户需求,开发方式的影响很大没有明确的成本估算,将导致软件开支的不可控制。本文研究如何通过功能点规模度量点方法估算软件项目的规模及成本,提出了一种基于功能点规模度量的软件项目成本估算模型,给出模型公式该模型适用于软件开发项目的规模。Software project is different from general project, with high unpredictability, and restricted with user＇s requirement and development model. Without proper cost estimation, the expense would be out of control. This paper studies a software development project cost estimation model to estimate software size and cost. The paper proposes software project cost estimation model based on functional point measurement and presents formulas. The model is suitable for measurina software development oroiects, effort and cost estimation.
