穿心莲对血管成形术后家兔血小板促血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内血管成形术(TA)后再狭窄的部分机制及防治。方法对家兔腹主动脉粥样硬化(AS)狭窄段行TA,对TA前后及正常血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)进行培养,并加入穿心莲提取物对培养进行干预,观察其VSMCs的细胞计数和125碘一尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(125 I—UdR)参入变化。结果 TA后40小时的VSMCs数值较AS—VSMCs增加不明显,但两者较正常VSMCs明显增加;加入血小板后,各组VSMCs的数值明显增加,差异均具显著性;加入穿心莲预处理后的血小板组的VSMCs数值较未处理的血小板组明显无差异。结论 AS—VSMCs及TA后VSMCs增殖均较正常VSMCs加快;血小板促进TA前后VSMCs的增殖;穿心莲可明显减弱血小板对VSMCs的促增生作用。Objective To explore the partial mechanisms of restenosis after transluminal angioplasty（TA） and prevention from resenosis.Methods TA was performed in celial arteries of rabbits with atherosclerotic（AS） narrowing.Vessel smooth muscle cells（VSMCs） separated from stenotic arteries with atherosclerosis and those 40 hours after TA were cultured and cultured inferring with stimulators such as Andrographis paniculate nees（APN）,etc.The changes of cell counting and 125Ⅰ-deoxyaridine interpolation of those VSMCs were observed.Results Values of VSMCs 40 hours after TA did not increased obviously compared with those of AS-VSMCs,but became much higher than those of control group after being stimulating with platelets;Values of VSMCs of platelet group pretreated with APN had no marked change.Conclusion The growth of VSMCs 40 hours after TA did not got its climax;APN could effectively inhibit the growth of VSMCs after TA stimulated by platelets.
