摘　　要：目的评价冠脉造影术前、中、后进行合理有效的护理措施,观察术后并发症的发生、患者舒适度的变化。方法分析100例患者冠脉造影术的围手术期临床护理以及预后。结果在冠脉造影术围手术期给予积极正确护理措施的患者术后并发症少而轻,或发生并发症后通过行之有效的治疗后,护理预后良好。结论对冠脉造影术的围手术期进行积极有效的护理对患者术后发生并发症的概率大大降低,有效的提高了预后效果。Objective We evaluated the effective nursing measures of coronary angiography before and after the operation to observe the changes of complications and comfort.Methods 100 cases of patients who receive the coronary angiography were analyzed.The patients＇ perioperative nursing measures and prognosis were analyzed.Results Complications incidence of patients who received effective nursing measures was lower than that of patients who had not received measures.The prognosis of patients was good who received effective treatments after complications happened.Conclusions Effective nursing measures can decrease the incidence of complication of coronary angiography and improve the prognosis.
