摘　　要：目的探讨老年心绞痛发作原因及护理措施,减少老年人心绞痛发作次数和心肌耗氧量。方法对100例老年心绞痛患者的发作诱因进行回顾性分析,以动脉收缩压和心率作为心肌耗氧指标,提出老年心绞痛发作前后的治疗及护理方法。结果通过对老年心绞痛发作诱因的早期预防、自我保健、治疗和护理措施,可以降低老年心绞痛复发率。结论早期预防、自我保健、定期检测生命体征及心电图可以杜绝诱发心绞痛发作的各种因素,减低心肌耗氧量,增加心肌供血,才能有效防止心绞痛诱发心肌梗死及猝死的发生。Objective Discussing the onset causes and nursing measures of the aged patients with anginal pectoris,reducing the onset frequency and oxygen comsumption of myocardium.Mothods By analyzing the onset causes of the anginal pectoris,determine the arterial systolic blood presure and heart rate as index of my ocardinm,presented treatment and unrsing methods for the preonset and post onset of the anginal pectoris.Results The recurrence rate of the anginal pectoris were reduced by early prophylaxis,self health care,treatmentand nursing measures.Conclusion Early prophylaxis,self health care,checking the vital sign and ECG regu larly can put an end to all vasries predisposing of anginal pectoris,reduce myocardium oxygen consumptlon,increase the myocardiumblood supply,and can prevent myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death effectively.
