关于手术患者心理护理的探讨分析

摘　　要：目的通过对手术患者的心理情况进行分析,对护理措施进行有效的计划制定。方法选择我院120例手术患者的临床资料及护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果全部手术患者经过心理特点分析,在规范性语言的指导下进行相关心理护理,从而使手术患者心理紧张情绪得到减轻。120例患者全部手术成功,住院时间平均为(10.2±4.1)d。术后恢复较好,患者心理状态良好,未出现重大心理疾病。结论积极的针对患者的心理进行分析,并制定有效的心理护理方案,有助于提高手术的成功率及术后恢复效果。Objective To create an effective project by analyzing psychological feature of operation inpatients. Methods 120 patients＇ clinical and nursing data were selected to make a retrospective study. Results The psychology feature of the 120 patients who will receive operation were analyzed, all of them received psychological nursing via the direction of canonical nursing language before operations, and all of the 120 patients＇ operations were successfully proceeded for their relief through psychological nursing. The average time of hospitalization was （ 10. 2 ±4. 1 ） d. The 120 patients showed favorable prognosis and psychological feature, no psychological problems occurred. Conclusion An positive analysis on the psychological feature of patients and an effective nursing project helps to improve the successful ratio and receive favorable prognosis.
