摘　　要：文章首先研究了只有一类顾客的具有强占优先权的等待制M/M/n排队模型的顾客平均逗留时间和平均排队等待时间。在此基础上进一步研究了具有两级顾客到达的具有强占优先权的等待制M/M/n排队模型,得出了两级顾客的平均逗留时间和平均排队等待时间。This article first studies with only one class of customers waiting for the system occupy priority M / M / n queuing model, the average length of stay and average customer waiting time. On this basis, further studies with two customers arrive with a seizure waiting priority system M / M / n queuing model to arrive at the two customers, the average length of stay and average waiting time.
