摘　　要：本文研究我国国际陆港内在形成机理与系统平台构建,分析了国际陆港是由外部推动、内部驱动、政府引导、市场运作的内部机理综合作用而形成;研究了国际陆港运输平台、对外联通平台、保税功能平台、业务操作平台、管理运营平台以及信息系统等六大系统平台的构建。This paper studies the internal formation mechanism and system platform construction of international land port in China, analyzes international land port formed by the combined action of internal mechanism with external drive, internal drive, government guidance and market operation, also studies the construction of six platforms of international land port, namely, transportation platform, Foreign Unicom platform, bonded functional platform, business platform, management and operation platform and information system and so on.
