摘 要:海上油气田开发具有高投入、高风险的特点,石油工程中的钻井、海上工程建设占全部投资的95%以上,直接影响一个项目的经济性和可行性。因此,科学、适当的投资估算方法,无论是对一个项目的前期评价还是后期执行都具有十分重要的意义。根据海上油田工程造价的基本构成,详细介绍了最常见的上部设施、导管架平台、半潜式平台、FPSO、海底管线的工程内容及估算方法。同时,对于国际上通行的预备费构成及取费方法、废弃费组成及计算方法,也作了详细论述,对正确认识海上油田开发投资情况,更好地把握项目评价过程中的指标选取具有实际意义。Development of offshore oilfield has the characteristics with high input, high-risk. Drilling and offshore engineering construction are accounted for 95% of the total investment in the petroleum engineering, which directly affect a project's economy and feasibility. Therefore, there is great significance for science and appropriate investment estimation methods, both for early evaluation and post-implementation of project. According to the basic structure of project cost in the offshore oilfield, engineering contents of the most common facilities, jacket platforms, semi-submersible platform, FPSO, subsea pipeline and estimation methods were described in detail. Meanwhile, composition of reserve fund, fees and calculating method were also discussed, and it had actual significance for correctly understanding development investment of offshore oilfield, better grasping selection of indicators in process of project evaluation.
