摘 要:用等渗透势(-0.53 MPa)的PEG-6000、NaCl、Na+-盐和Cl--盐溶液分别处理2年生金丝小枣、冬枣、酸枣苗30 d,探究盐胁迫下它们对渗透胁迫和离子毒害的敏感性。对叶片单叶重、叶绿素含量及荧光参数Fv/Fo和ΦPSⅡ、MDA含量、相对电解质渗漏率等生理生化指标的测试分析结果表明:Na+、Cl-都是构成枣和酸枣盐害的盐分离子,而离子毒害对它们的伤害效应重于渗透胁迫,其中Na+的毒害效应大于Cl-;酸枣对渗透胁迫的抗性强于金丝小枣、冬枣,但它们均对Na+较Cl-更敏感,而金丝小枣对渗透胁迫,特别是对离子毒害的抗性显著强于冬枣。2-year-old plants of Ziziphus Jujube cv.Jinsixiaozao,Z.Jujube cv.Dongzao and Z.spinosus were treated with iso-osmotic(-0.53 MPa)PEG-6000,NaCl,Na+-salt and Cl——salt solution for 30 days to investigate their sensitivities to osmotic stress and specific ion toxicity under salt stresses.Single leaf weight,leaf chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fo and ΦPSⅡ,malondialdehyde content and relative electrolytic leakage were analyzed.The results showed that,overall,both Na+ and Cl-are all the salt ions induced salt injory,and ionic toxicity to the three plant materials was more serious than that of osmotic stress,among which the toxicity resulted by Na+ wae more serious than that by Cl-.Tolerance of Z.spinosus to osmotic stress was evidently stronger than that of Z.Jujube,but they were more sensitive to Na+ toxicity than to Cl-toxicity.Moreover,tolerance of Z.Jujube cv.Jinsixiaozao to osmotic stress was significantly stronger than that of Z.Jujube cv.Dongzao,especially to ionic toxicity.
