摘　　要：我国于20世纪80年代引进大口黑鲈北方亚种,现已成为我国重要的淡水养殖经济鱼类。对近年来国内外大口黑鲈的地理分布与亚种分类、选择育种、杂交育种、多倍体育种、DNA分子标记辅助育种等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对其进行了展望。The largemouth bass（Micropterus salmoides） was introduced to China in the late 1980s,and appealed as a food source led it to became one of China’s primary cultured fish species.This paper concentrated on the advances in genetics and breeding in largemouth bass,such as geographic distribution and taxomomic status,selective breeding,crossbreeding,plyploid breeding and marker-assisted breeding.Further research priorities in this domain were also suggested.
