摘　　要：花生是我国最重要的油料和经济作物之一,具有很高的营养价值和药用价值。介绍了我国花生加工利用现状,尤其是在花生油、花生蛋白、花生食品、花生副产品及药用方面的综合利用现状,分析了影响我国花生加工业发展的因素,为未来花生精深加工产业发展提出建议。Peanut is one of the most important oil and economic crops,with high nutritional and medicinal value.The status quo of peanut processing and utilization in China,especially in peanut oil,protein,food,by-products,medicinal status and comprehensive utilization was discussed in this paper.Then the factors impacting China’s peanut processing industry was analysed,to make recommendations for the development of intensive processing industry.
