摘　　要：金融危机对全球经济的影响,使得农业知识产权战略显得尤为重要。通过阐述当前经济形势、国内外农业知识产权的发展现状,分析广东省农业知识产权存在的问题,提出了未来广东农业知识产权发展的建议。The impact of financial crisis on the global economic made agriculture intellectual property strategy particularly important.By describing the current economic situation,domestic and international agricultural development of intellectual property status,analysis the problems of intellectual property rights in Guangdong and put forward proposal the future development of Guangdong agricultural intellectual property rights.
