心率对双源CT冠脉成像质量及延迟时间影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨双源CT检查冠状动脉中,心率对图像质量及延迟时间的影响。方法:回顾性分析2009年10月～2010年1月在我院接受双源CT冠状动脉造影检查的310例患者资料,根据美国心脏病学会(AHA)的指导原则把冠脉分成15段。每例图像均经三维工作站处理重建后,由两名有经验的放射科医生对图像质量评分,按受检时心率分5组,分别统计各组冠脉各段图像质量评分及延迟时间。结果:①图像显示成功率为99.9%(4540/4544),优良率95.8%(4356/4544)。②当心率≥90次/min时,RCA、LAD、LCX三支冠脉图像质量均下降明显。③心率≥90次/min延迟时间随心率增加而增加,当心率≤90次/min延迟时间随心率增加减少。结论:在自然心率状态下,99%患者双源CT冠状动脉成像能满足临诊断要求,但是图像质量及扫描延迟时间仍然受到心率影响。Objective：Evaluated the influence of heart rate on image guality and delay time of dual-source computed tomography（DSCT）coronary Angiography.Methods：310 patients were divided into five groups according to their heart rate（heart rate≤59 beat/bpm,heart rate≤69,heart rate≤79 beat/bpm,heart rate≤89 beat/bpm and heart rate≥90 beat/bpm）,and image quality and delay time of coronary arteries was evaluated for all patients.Results：99.9%（4 540/4 544）sements reached diagnostic.In group 2,3,4,5,image quality of coronary arteries had negative correlation with heart rate.In group 1,2,3,4,delay time also negative correlation with heart rate.Conclusion：Excellent coronary artery image could be obtained with dual-source CT without oral Betaloc preparation,but heart rate is also the most important factor that influences image quality and delay time.
